� Active License to practice in the State of Georgia o Licenses to practice in the State of Tennessee and Oklahoma would be a plus

� Experience performing patient medication review and management

� Experience working as a provider with patients needing psychiatric care and/or patients that participate in the MAT (Medicated Assisted Treatment) program
