ABOUT THE JOB:

Urgent need for our client who is seeking an RN with IL and WI licensure that has 1 year home health experience in the last 2 years.
Candidates need to have recent home health experience and hospice experience is preferred but not required.
Candidates will do 5-7 visits per day.
Miles will vary but could be 30 - 90 per day.
Mileage is reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
RNs need to be licensed in both WI and IL.
OASIS-C experience is required

Provides Homecare and Hospice services in a 6 county rural area in WI and IL. Services are available in Green, Rock, and Lafayette counties in Wisconsin and Stephenson, Jo Daviess, and part of Winnebago County in Illinois.
