� Position / Title: CRNA (SRNAs welcome)
� How many providers in group? (MDs vs Mid-levels) 6 MD and 2 CRNA now (going to 3 CRNA�s)
� Patient encounters per shift? 10-15 cases
� EMR: Meditech
� Do physicians oversee CRNAS? Yes/ 90% of the time
� Supervision ratio/care team model? 1:2 or 1:3
� Is there partnership track? No
� What types of cases are they seeing?
- Outpatient Surgery
- Regional blocks
- Ortho
� How many operating rooms? (3) Main Operating Rooms + (1) OB but No OB Cases
� How many ORs run at the same time? Three
