Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year recent acute care Registered Nurse experience required.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of California (or ability to obtain)

• Must have and maintain current BLS card, required

• ACLS and PALS, is REQUIRED of all experienced Emergency department nurses upon hire start date (experienced in ED within last 2 years).

About the Job:

• The R.N. is responsible for the assessment, treatment, and nursing care delivery appropriate to the ages of the patients served.

• Demonstrates the ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of the patient’s needs.

• Possesses knowledge of growth and development and has an understanding of the range of treatment needed for all patient groups.
